noise: That is because it was custom made by my using the Cayenne from DingDesign and the Hella RTK4SL lightbar from Nils's BMW police cars along with actual images of the lightbar as it's textures :D.

Also, I believe it was DingSign... lol. Maybe, if Dingsign is okay with it, you could release it as a modified version. It looks quite nice, and with extra police skins for the different countries it would be a great pursuit car.
noise: Nope..Just remapped it to POLIZEI green&white and slapped Nils's lightbar and mapped that to a photo of the real thing and POOF..POLIZEI Porsche Cayenne XD
FerrariMan: That would not be a easy task but it may be possible to do some basic skins for it although stripes is out unless I make it a whole new TGA as this one is cramped for space..Download the original from this place and you'll see what I'm talking about.
