It must have been a little hard for you to mod the texture on NJ Porsche 993 police to match the CrownVic he done..I modded his 1996 Caprice to Illinois state Police but I couldn't get it perfect but it was still decent enough: Link A ex trooper liked it so I think I did ok texture wiseXD.
Nils: Why do that..Your old Caprices are good..In fact all your cars are good..Although they are difficult to change over to other cities and states..But that don't mean people don't like them:P I wouldn't call any of your cars obsolete. What did you mean by Steelies with beauty rings? Is that a fancy kind of hub cap or something? Illinois State Police will NEVER go DUB XD..I don't think that their Colonel would permit these so called steelies if they are what I think they are XD But most the CrownVics and Impalas have plain tires with no hub caps..At least the tires look bare..If they got hub caps they are all black matte finish and small..The old Caprices have the old silver fancy frisbee type caps though which the Caprice I textured to I.S.P. from your version has so your version is accurate there :P.

@Remko: I actually recognized that like two hours after I shot it.
But did you modify the Diablo?
@ Paul S.: Actually it was pretty easy, took me 30 minutes to change the lightbar and skin like this.
