Description
First of all, I would like to convey my HUGE THANKS to Sgt. Drifter for instructing me how to make license plate mods for NFSMW!
This my 31st mod uploaded here and my 2nd texture mod too.
A simple NFS Heat license plate for MW.
**FINAL UPDATE**Added license plate frame.

Instructions:
Before you start, make sure to backup Globalb.lzc and Globalb.bun in case you did not like my mod.
After doing that, extract the 'Global' folder from the archieve and paste it in your NFSMW directory.
DONE. Enjoy!
I'll improvise this mod in my next update.
