  I have yet to see what our pal Frank or even the legendary Nils looks like as neither has social media pages..In that car is officers Ben Chartier and Nick Barron of the fictional Service De Police M`etropolitain (SPM) the police in the hit TV show 19-2 based off of the real Montreal Police (Service De Police Ville Montreal (SPVM). You might wanna watch it sometime,Very good show and the SPVM assists in making it by providing the crew with training and actual case files to reenact as well as use for inspiration.
