NJ: That's right..Polizei use 110 as 911 and what is funny is I also saw in a old PS1 game (don't know if this is true or not) that Japan police have 110 too.

OK, I replaced the Zipfile with the updated one from NFSCars (it's got the same name as the old one, that was the easiest way to fix it)

Please re-download to get the all-languages version.
